Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions that follow outline the rights, responsibilities and obligations relevant to all the parties covered by this Agreement. Please note that the existing terms and conditions can be modified or revised without prior notice.
Please ensure that the details contained within the terms and conditions are thorough and accurate before committing to the contract.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
2.1 When you make a booking, please describe your property as accurately as possible. Fox London reserves the capacity to modify any initial quote and charge a separate fee for any additional work required.
2.2 Should you not supply complete, correct or accurate information or advise on how to approach your order accordingly, we are entitled to cancel the order or may apply an extra charge.
2.3 Property access: Access to your property must be made available.
(a) In the event that our cleaning staff are not able to access your property, we are entitled to issue a charge of £50.
2.4 You must provide debit or credit card details to secure your booking.
(a) An extra 2% fee will be applied should you pay with credit card.
2.5 Upon a job being confirmed, your slot will be set aside and reserved for service to be performed. Note that the time of the job at hand is merely a ballpark estimate and we don't have authority over other circumstances that could possibly impact on proceedings like traffic and inclement weather.
2.6 It is also the responsibility of the individual to arrange parking. We cannot be held at all responsible for any parking fines of fees.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Our services can be paid for by cash, or card via a phone call at the beginning of the service. We cannot accept cheques.
3.2 Our rates are founded on a minimum charge relevant to the service in question.
(a) Carpet cleaning minimum of 48 GBP including VAT
(b) One Off Cleaning minimum of 128 GBP including VAT
3.3 Extra charges could include things like a congestion charge of £11.5, or an extra charge if your site is located externally to the M25.
4. Re-schedule and Cancellation of Appointments
4.1 In the event you choose to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the job, we reserve the right to impose a £50 fee.
4.2 Fox London are also permitted to issue a £25 charge should the appointment need to be changed to a later date less than 24 hours before the job.
5.1 We require that our staff have sufficient lighting and ample hot water on offer at your site. In the event that a staff member's health or wellbeing is put at risk, Fox London is entitled to cancel the booking.
5.2 We are also permitted to subcontract some, or all of our services.
5.3 It is required that yourself, or a person representing you, is on site come the end of the cleaning work. This is so a signature can be provided which indicates that work was completed satisfactorily. If you aren't there at the time, we will consider that you accept the services as satisfactory.
6.1 Fox London cannot be held responsible in the event of the following happening:
(a) where fabric discolouring becomes evident after dirt removal has taken place
(b) where there is existing spillage or damage that cannot be removed entirely
(c) cosmetic damage to wooden floors where protective pads have not been fitted to the legs of the furniture prior to cleaning
(d) services not completed because of a third party interfering
(e) the shrinking of a curtain after steam cleaning
Fox London endeavour to respond to any problems concerning our service. However, please accept that complaints made later than seven working days after the service provision cannot be attended to.
